Dixie Homecrafters installed The GutterGuardian System on my home 7/25/09. I have repeatedly complained about the water dripping from the gutter system when it rains, snows or sleets. They have sent reps out that say there is nothing wrong with the system and that the dripping is a random incident or that there is not enough water falling to wet the paint on the gutter cover to wick the water into the gutter. Evidently there is no rain in Pelham, Al that can wet the paint on the system to make it wick the water to keep it from leaking. I have pictures and videos of different dripping events, yet they say a little overflow is normal. Normal is not when the dripping water creates a crevace below the gutters and water drips on our head when we go out the back door. Today I took pictures of icicles hanging from the cap on the gutter and the gutters themselves. So much water was dripping that there were icicles hanging underneath the deck boards below the hanging gutters. I drove through the neighborhood and videod other homes with leaf systems and no water was dripping or icicles hanging. There were houses with NO gutters and no icicles were hanging. All I want is the dripping water around my home and foundation stopped. I have pictures and videos but they are not on my computer to attach.

withdrew 99.49 out of my checkimg acct without my consent and i was charged an overdraft fee of 35.00 plus 5.00a day till i get out of the red!!!

Today morning in Kalinga Rao Road, one BMTC bus No. KA 01 FA 375, route no. 271, no idea of the initial, the driver who was driving the bus in a very rash and Negligent manner. They don't have a common sense to give a horn atleast. They ignore the people who stand in front of them, today i was in from of that bus at 9.05 am once we got the yellow signal light he started the bus immediately at hitted my vehicle and without stopping the bus even after everyone shouted he just went fast.Kindly educate the drivers and let them know the value of life of the people. Today near KR puram flyover everybody know how intense is the traffic and how important it is to maintain lane. But the driver of the bus KA-01 SA 1264 - 501K was driving very rash and negligently. He was not maintaing the lane and he almost hit my car. When asked to maintain the lane he started abusing me. And he hept on honking from behind even thought there was no space for him to overtake me. I am kannadiga and have lived here for 10 years now, things are going from bad to worse. Please council these drivers and talke appropriate action action else the public may have to act.

Sallie Mae has put this statement about the customer's telephone number at the update account information page when logged into their website: "By providing my telephone number, I authorize Sallie Mae, Inc., its affiliates and agents to contact me at such number using any means of communication, including, but not limited to, calls placed to my cellular phone using an automated dialing device, calls using prerecorded messages and/or SMS text messages, regarding any current or future loans owned or serviced by Sallie Mae, Inc. its affiliates and agents, even if I will be charged by my service provider(s) for receiving such communications. By providing my email address, I authorize Sallie Mae and any affiliates to which it shares this email address to send me commercial messages at such email address." Yet...there is no way to disagree or opt-out. You have to provide a telephone number. Sallie Mae is out of control in my opinion.

sir i have taken 699 unlimited plane of broadband, but when i want to change this plan in to 549 then regarding sir say's this plan u can not take before 6th munth of connectin in another my friend has also taken this plan before 6th munth but he has change low limited plan to unlimited plan so sir i want to know why i don't get this type of plan...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET! I recently took my 4yr old boxer to the Rapid City, SD Petco (BOYCOTT PLEASE!!) for a routine grooming, just a basic bath and nails. When I returned to get my dog, i watched in horror as the "well trained" employee began to put my dogs spike collar over his head by sliding it onto his head (not simply unclasping it!) I banged on the window and asked him what he was doing, and he told me he took it off the same way!!! R U serious u work at a pet store? a spike collar is meant to tighten as it moves UP a dogs neck toward their ears and this guy just forced it off my dogs head? if u work at a pet store and cant work a pet accessory maybe u should ask someone 4 help! 2 days later I noticed my dog acting weird and took him 2 the vet, he has a swollen ear canal and is in noticeable pain, still 2 weeks later, when i address petco they give me a huge run around, when i look at my receipt they also overcharged me (IMAGINE THAT) sold me 12 cans of food more than i bought. Petco doesnt want to pay the $200 in vet bills i got from taking my dog there for a $35 bath, ( where he didnt even come clean) they seem to enjoy spending money on lawsuits instead. Go Google petco lawsuits before you shop there again. BOYCOTT PETCO!

I change my phone number last year, after the info given to me that the number i was using was corrupted buy an old user. But since I got this New NUMBER it has been a nightmare with icore canada calling me more than five times a day, everyday. i even took time and effort to call back and inform them that the number a a different owner now and asked them to delete it in thier system but after 3 days they are still bombarding me with their phone calls.

They accept my creditcard with I paid money (euro's) for playing bingo. After a few days I want to withdraw 100 euro. but... that can NOT back to credit card (!?!?!?!) and con NOT by cheque because a cheque can NOT be in euro's (!?!?!?!?!?) I'm complaining about that since 2nd of December. Nothing happened. Now my account is stopped by them. I can not make any connection. I was reading the rules and don't understand why they can not pay me back at creditcard. Or by cheque in euro's and when it is NOT possible in euros, o.k. I accept pounds aswell. But it looks that they DONT WANT TO PAY: ONLY 100 euro. Here now a part from ther rules: 6.7 Withdrawal Payment Requests You must submit your withdrawal request for payment with a preferred payment method, either credit card payment, cheque payment or bank electronic transfer. Withdrawal payment methods are made available subject to the active deposit method. If your active deposit method is credit card then you can withdraw by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. If your Active deposit method is debit card then you can withdraw using bank transfer or cheque. It is the sole responsibility of the player to submit the correct bank account and sort code details for payment of winnings. The Operator cannot repay incorrect, successful payments due to incorrect details provided by a player. If payment is unsuccessful, the Operator will investigate and notify the player and request corrected bank account details. Unsuccessful payments will only be credited to a players account once the Operator has been notified by its bank payment processor that the payment has been successfully retrieved. You can only withdraw to Neteller if it is your active deposit method.
